Somogy Karikazo - Hungary

Circle formation, arms in a front basket hold, L arm under, R arm over. Meter 2/4. There is an introduction during which the dancers can sway.

Measure Count Step
Part I
1 1-2 Facing center, step forward on R (1), step back on L foot slightly L of center (2). (this step should move slowly clockwise.)
2-3 Repeat measure 1 two times.
4-5 Drop hands and make a four-step complete turn to R (1212). After the turn, rejoin hands in front-basket position.
6 Facing center, step on R foot across L foot (1), step on L foot to L (&), step on R foot across L foot (2), step on L foot to L (&).
7-36 Repeat measures 1-6 five times.
Part II
1 1-2 Step on R foot to R (1), close L foot to R foot (2)
2 1-2 Step on R foot to R (1), touch L foot next to R foot (2).
3 1-2 Step on L foot to L (1), touch R foot next to L foot (2).
4-12 Repeat measures 1-3 three times
13 1-2 Step on R foot to R (1), close L foot to R foot (&), step on R foot to R (2), touch L foot next to R foot (&).
14 1-2 Step on L foot to L (1), touch R foot next to L foot (&). Step on R foot to R (2), close L foot to R foot (&).
15 1-2 Step on R foot to R (1), touch L foot next to R foot (&), step on L foot to L (2), touch R foot next to L foot (&)
16-18 Repeat measures 13-15.
Part III
1 1 Step forward on R foot (1), close L foot to R foot (ee), step on R foot in place (&).
2 Step back on L foot, slightly L of center (2), close R foot to L foot (ee), step on L foot in place (&).
2-6 Repeat measure 1 five times.
7 1 Step forward on R foot (1), close L foot to R foot (&), step on R foot in place (ee).
2 Step back on L foot, slightly L of center (2), close R foot to L foot (&), step on L foot in place (ee).
8-12 Repeat measure 7 five times.
Part IV
1 1-2 Step on R foot across L foot, (1), step on L foot to L (&), step on R foot across L foot (2), step on L foot to L (&). There should be a slight down up motion to this step, bending the R knee on the cross steps and straigtening on the side steps.
2-6 Repeat measure 1 five times.

1-5 Repeat Part IV, measures 1-5.
6 Run on R foot in place (1), run on L foot in place (&), run on R foot in place (2), click L heel to R heel (&).
